Founded in Lincoln in 1999, Minster is a trusted supplier to the Ministry of Defence and repairs roads across Lincolnshire, Shropshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London.

Minster Group, which includes Minster Surfacing and Alliance Recycling, is passionate about recycling and waste reduction and is dedicated to safer, cleaner, greener road civil engineering and road surfacing.

As of 2023, we are delighted to announce that we are now part of Breedon Group Services Ltd. This investment in our company will immediately enhance our services, it will further our commitment to innovation and sustainability, and it secures our long term future.

Alliance Recycling

Founded in 2015, Alliance Recycling is Minster Group’s specialist recycling firm.

Alliance Recycling supports Minster Surfacing’s civil engineering work, helping to reduce waste and recycle.

Using the latest green technologies, Alliance Recycling saves hundreds of thousands of tonnes of material from going to waste and reduces the reliance on quarrying and crude oil resources.

Working with supply chain partners across the East Midlands, Alliance Recycling plays a leading role in modernising the construction industry.
