Lincoln Cornhill redevelopment
We're involved with the major redevelopment of the Cornhill Market: a key gateway location to the City of Lincoln. Minster Surfacing is carrying out resurfacing work for the regeneration zone, which will ultimately add more than 150,000sq ft of commercial floorspace for the city centre. Working flexibly to allow the works to progress smoothly.
£2m road works at Gibraltar Point
We completed a new road works project at Gibraltar Point nature reserve so that tens of thousands of nature lovers can enjoy the popular new visitor centre in safety. The work, which we carried out near Skegness on behalf of Kier through the Highways Alliance, involved carriageway widening, new footpaths and reconstruction over 12 weeks during spring 2017.
Trusted MOD supplier since 2007
We've worked nationwide with the MOD since 2007 on runway repairs, emergency resurfacing, civil engineering and drainage repairs. Working on live MOD sites demands the strictest, exacting standards, and very often a rapid response at short notice. We have a satellite office at RAF Brize Norton, from where we cover prestigious bases such as Sandhurst and Horse Guards’ Parade.
Local road works on time and in budget
We work for Lincolnshire County Council through the Highways Alliance via Kier Group, maintaining the region’s roads and offering a 365-day, 24/7 emergency response team for any road works issue. We deliver major carriageway resurfacing and civil engineering safely and efficiently while maintaining traffic flow. We work right across Lincolnshire to keep the county moving all year round.
