Developed under the Next Generation Estates Contracts (NGEC) programme, the Regional Prime South East covers MOD sites in Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Greater London. It has an estimated value of up to £1.2 billion over a minimum of five years and a maximum of 10 years, depending on potential contract extensions.
The contract covers a significant geographical area including some key bases that are vital to the delivery of military capability, and sites of historic interest.
These MOD sites include RMA Sandhurst, DMRC Headley Court, HQ Land Forces Andover, Hyde Park Barracks, Woolwich Barracks, Horse Guards, RAF High Wycombe, RAF Northolt and RAF Brize Norton.
Our delivery approach for this contract combines a directly employed labour force to undertake the bulk of the routine maintenance and works services provision. With long established supply chain partners engaged on more specialist services working together to develop optimum solutions that deliver best value.
